Shipping Service

Shipping Times

•  Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

•  Standard shipping to Hong Kong: 5-7 business days.

•  International shipping: 14-25 business days, depending on location.

 

Shipping Costs

•  Free GLOBAL SHIPPING on orders over HKD $450

•  Flat rate of HKD $30 for orders under HKD $450 in Hong Kong.

•  Flat rate of HKD $60 - 90 for orders under HKD450 in worldwide, depending on location.

 

Tracking

•  A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships. You can monitor your package’s journey on our website or the courier’s site.

 

Customs and Duties

•  For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes upon delivery.

 

Lost or Delayed Shipments

•  If your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at thelyssembellish@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue.

Every Lyss piece is quality-checked. If you receive an item with manufacturing defects, contact us within 30 days of delivery for free return / replacement.

Note:

  • Unboxing video or clear defect photos required.
  • Original packaging & tags must be intact.
  • Excludes customized items & pierced jewellrey.

Not considered defects:

  • Natural material variations(e.g., stone grain)
  • Handcrafting marks within tolerance.
  • Damage from improper use.

✓ Covered Defects:

  • Metal tarnishing(under normal wear conditions).
  • Significant colour deviation from product description.

✗ Not Covered:

  • Personal preference dissatisfaction.
  • Size selection wrong.
